The tension between black and gold is a great metaphor. Not something I’ve ever thought of before. I also appreciate how you outlined the toxic elements of society that we’re now facing. It’s so difficult moving into 2025, trying to celebrate the new year while anticipating what’s now what is emerging. I feel the same! I was just thinking about that last night. The new president of Mexico has just a great sense of humor. It’s the best response to the energy she’s encountering. Sometimes the best response is laughter. I think Sheinbaum and Kamala Harris would have gotten a long well with each other. I felt bummed last night. I didn’t only want a woman president, I wanted Kamala because I know that she has compassion. These women might have been able to resolve some complex problems by working collaboratively and cooperatively together. It was a lost opportunity.
